Movies Synopsis
The film spins around the idea of Ifrit and Auladhchakra, an evil faction in Bangladesh meaning to proliferate and advance the bloodline of Ifrit. They marked the ladies impregnated by Ifrit with the image of a hatchling on their skin. Rukhsana (Anushka Sharma), is the little girl of a lady who was a casualty of a custom by Auladhchakra. She fears incense sticks and religious psalms and petitions, and shrouds her head in a container of water to remove the Azaan playing in a close-by mosque. Educator Quasim Ali (Rajat Kapoor) used to head a gathering of vigilantes which searched out ladies impregnated by Ifrit, and slaughtered their infants by slashing off their heads.
